The Best Athletes of the Year in Armenia Announced: Competition Results Summarized

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia has announced the results of the "Selection of the Best in Sports for the Year" competition. The list of winners has been formed based on the voting of 15 accredited journalists in the sports sector.

• Best Young Athlete: Gaspar Terteryan (Wrestling)
• Breakthrough of the Year: Suren Harutyunyan (Karate)
• Best Athlete with Disabilities: Sargis Sargsyan (Chess)
• Best Coach: Pashik Alaverdyan (Weightlifting National Team)
• Team of the Year: Armenian National Futsal Team
