Former Defense Minister Arrested in Georgia
Former Defense Minister Bacho Akhalaya has been arrested in Georgia. According to the Georgian State Security Service, the arrest occurred on October 4 due to his involvement in organizing a violent protest action in Tbilisi.
His wife, Anna Nadarishvili, has also been arrested in connection with the case but has been released at this stage. It has been confirmed that Akhalaya was the main organizer of the aforementioned events, coordinating them through an online application.
