We Are Currently Working on Our Future Position. Peskov

Moscow will continue to maintain communication with Washington through existing channels in the near future. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.

Reporters asked Peskov how he assesses the recent statements by Matthew Whitaker, the U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO, regarding the efforts of the United States to understand how willing Russia is to resolve the Ukrainian conflict during negotiations.

According to the Kremlin spokesman, all the main parameters of Russia's position on resolving the Ukrainian conflict are well known to the United States.

“We are currently working on formulating our future position based on the information received from the head of state, and in the near future, we will continue to maintain communication through the existing channels that are currently operational,” Peskov told reporters.
