Julieta Azaryan: My Name May Not Be Included in the Electoral List for the 2026 Elections

Member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, Julieta Azaryan, posted on her Facebook page: "Dear friends, my dear followers, esteemed journalists, I will respond to your numerous calls and messages with a single statement. I have not been excluded from any list, I have not been 'cut off' from the exam, my beloved team has not removed or rejected me.

It is possible that my name may not be included in the electoral list for the upcoming 2026 elections. However, this is not because my team does not want to see me in the National Assembly, but rather due to discussions with the leadership of the 'CP' party. It cannot be excluded that, for instance, I will continue my activities in local self-governments or in the executive branch based on political and other pragmatic considerations.

And I kindly ask you, esteemed journalists, to refrain from searching for conspiratorial notes where they simply do not exist. I am by the side of my large family—my team—and my team has been, is, and will be by my side. I serve the Republic of Armenia."
