Guarantees on Kyiv's Non-NATO Membership Are a Key Issue: Dmitry Peskov

Russia expects the United States to inform it about the outcomes of the peace negotiations regarding Ukraine in Berlin, stated Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

"The issue of guarantees regarding Kyiv's non-membership in NATO is a key question and requires special discussion," he emphasized during a conversation with journalists.

He also noted that Moscow and Washington are currently not discussing the proceedings of this meeting.
