Russian Special Services Arrest Azerbaijanis in Voronezh

The special division of the Russian police (SOBR) has conducted an operation against Azerbaijanis in the Voronezh region. According to the Russian bureau of APA, this information was reported by local media.

It has been reported that several Azerbaijanis were arrested during the operation. According to Russian media, one of the detainees is a person named Niyaz Zahidov. He is said to have been a member of the criminal underworld and managed the Alexeyevsky market.

Reports state that Zahidov's Russian passport was confiscated, and he has been sent to a detention center intended for illegal migrants.
