Responding to Narek Karapetyan from the Aragatsotn Regional Administration

But why has the number of students in those village schools decreased over the years? Because previous authorities were preoccupied with accumulating their own wealth and properties and completely forgot about the state and its people. As a result, hundreds of thousands of citizens were forced to leave the country.
