Saakashvili: Ivanishvili's Regime Obstacles Normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan Relations
The former President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, has stated that the current ruling regime of the country is obstructing the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The former president expressed this on his Facebook page.
“Ivanishvili's regime is hindering the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The fact is that Azerbaijan has made a historic decision to regularly supply oil products to Armenia, which is currently only possible through Georgian railroads. The trickster has set prices so high that it would be better to simply refuse. It is impossible that Ivanishvili does not know that no one can pay such prices; hence the aim is to obstruct the Armenia-Azerbaijan rapprochement policy. I do not know if they want to catch Trump's attention or are simply executing Moscow's agenda,” wrote the former president.
According to him, a geopolitical drama is playing out in full view.
