Russia Will Respond to Ukraine. Lavrov Warns

Speaking during a "government hour" at the Federation Council, he highlighted that Russia does not intend to fight with Europe but is prepared for any developments. Lavrov recalled President Vladimir Putin's words regarding Russia's peaceful intentions but noted that Moscow will not leave actions threatening its security and interests unanswered.

Specifically, the remarks pertain to the possible deployment of European forces in Ukrainian territory and the seizure of Russian frozen assets.
