Russia Will Certainly Never See Us There: Zelensky

We are realists. We genuinely want to join NATO—this is fair. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“But we certainly know that neither the USA nor several other countries see Ukraine in the alliance yet. And Russia will certainly never see us there,” said Volodymyr Zelensky.

Additionally, Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia is absolutely dissatisfied with Ukraine's NATO membership.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg previously acknowledged that Ukraine's membership in NATO is impossible without a unified position among the alliance’s allies, which currently does not exist.
