Armenia Launches Negotiations for TRIPP Corridor, Details by Pashinyan
Armenia is currently engaging in intensive negotiations with our American partners regarding the general terms for the implementation of the "Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity" (TRIPP Route) connectivity project. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his official visit to Germany.
“The TRIPP Company, a joint Armenian-American venture, will be registered in Armenia and will obtain rights to develop necessary infrastructure for railways, roads, oil and gas pipelines, as well as optical fiber cables. We will move to the actual implementation and construction phase as early as next year.
This project’s implementation, which fully aligns with our Government’s “Crossroads of Peace” initiative, will create additional connections and interdependencies in the region, becoming another important factor for peace. In fact, the TRIPP Route project, along with the opening of communication between Armenia and Turkey, has a complete potential to become a significant component of the Middle Corridor, ensuring seamless connectivity between Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia,” he said.
