Georgian Authorities Recall Ambassador to Israel
The Georgian government will send a proposal to President Mikheil Saakashvili to relieve Zaza Kandelaki from his position as the Ambassador of Georgia to the State of Israel. This has been reported by local media.
Kandelaki will be recalled from his position early based on the principle of rotation, which will come into effect on December 20, 2025.
The document has been signed by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili. It is noteworthy that Kandelaki was appointed to this position in January 2024 at the suggestion of then-Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili.
