Trump Values Quick Resolution to Conflict, Says Putin

According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, U.S. President Donald Trump is ready to support a negotiation process that could expedite the cessation of military operations in Ukraine. Putin noted that Trump emphasizes a quick end to the conflict for "humanitarian reasons," as the situation continues to have severe consequences for the population.

In an interview with India Today, Putin also addressed U.S.-Russia economic relations. He stated that numerous American companies have attempted to find ways to return to the Russian market due to sustained interest and existing opportunities over the past few months.

Putin highlighted that Moscow is open to cooperation, but the process of return depends on the political conditions shaped by the decisions of the leaderships of both countries.
