I Attend Services Where the Name of Ktrij Nersisyan Is Not Mentioned: Nikol Pashinyan

I attend services where the name of Ktrij Nersisyan is not mentioned. In the services that I intend to participate in, we request that it be taken into account that we consider Ktrij Nersisyan not to be a Catholicos.

This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing.

“It’s not that the priests only communicate with state bodies on the occasion of my attending a service; there are many other occasions, so do not be too narrow-minded about this,” Pashinyan noted in response to the question of whether it is true that NSS employees tell priests not to mention the name of the Catholicos.

The Prime Minister said it does not matter whether it is an NSS employee or, for instance, his assistant, those who communicate with the given priest are the ones who say such things.
