Negotiations Between Putin and Witkoff Lasted Five Hours: What Is Known
Negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. presidential special representative Stif Witkoff have concluded at the Kremlin. This was reported by Kommersant. The meeting lasted nearly five hours.
Journalists have been invited to discuss the meeting with Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Russian President who also participated in the discussions. The parties reviewed the American peace plan developed following consultations between Washington and Kyiv.
This marks Witkoff's sixth visit to Moscow since Donald Trump's administration took office. Kirill Dmitriev, the special representative of the Russian president who participated in the negotiations, described the meeting as "effective."
