NATO is Our Enemy, Medvedev Says
NATO cannot be even mentioned in terms of joint councils, stated Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.
"NATO is our enemy. What kind of council are we talking about? There is only one way to deal with enemies. As Gorky said, 'If the enemy does not surrender, he is destroyed,'" he noted.
It should be reminded that the Russia-NATO Council has been dissolved.
