US Preparing New Entry Bans for Around 30 Countries
In connection with the entry ban decision confirmed by US Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem yesterday, sources have informed NBC News that the list of new entry restrictions proposed by the Trump administration could include around 30 countries. The list is still in the formative stages, and it has not been established which countries will be included.
The Department of Homeland Security has stated that “the list will be published soon,” emphasizing that discussions are ongoing.
Just the day before, Noem made a strong statement on the X social platform, suggesting that an entry ban should be imposed on “every country that has sent murderers, violent criminals, and drug addicts to the US.” During his first presidential term, the Trump administration had already imposed an entry ban on citizens of seven countries, which became known in the American political agenda as the “travel ban.”
