Property Worth 1 Million 139 Thousand USD Returned to the State, Says Pashinyan

The ownership rights of a land plot measuring 40.6 hectares in the community of Gavar, Gegharkunik Province have been restored. The cadastral value of the 35-hectare land plot, which is close to the market value, amounts to 1 million 139 thousand USD, equivalent to 434 million 700 thousand AMD. Meanwhile, the 5.6-hectare land plot has a cadastral value approximating 182 thousand 700 USD, equivalent to 69 million 727 thousand AMD. This was reported by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan under the hashtag #հատիկառհատիկ (grain-by-grain).
