Death Toll Rises to 502 in Indonesia Due to Floods and Landslides

The death toll from floods and landslides in Indonesia has reached 502, with search efforts ongoing for an additional 508 individuals, according to Indonesian authorities.

The floods and landslides occurred due to heavy rainfall in the provinces of North Sumatra, Aceh, and West Sumatra. Reports indicate that 3,300 buildings have been severely damaged, and more than 500,000 people have been forced to evacuate their homes.
