Bail and Restriction on Presence Chosen for Judge Naira Grigoryan

A bail and a restriction on presence have been imposed on Naira Grigoryan, the judge and daughter of Manvel Grigoryan. This information has been reported by the Anti-Corruption Committee.

The judge from the Armavir region is accused of abusing official powers and rendering an unjust verdict.

"Members of a criminal organization, using the evidently unjust judicial act issued by the judge, fraudulently seized real estate valued at 38,200,000 drams and laundered the income obtained through criminal means," the statement reads.
