Incident During the Liturgy: Citizen Removed from Church Grounds

Moments ago, an incident occurred at the Saint Sarkis Church during the liturgy. Media reports indicate that one of the attendees expressed dissatisfaction that the name of the Catholicos was omitted during the service, after which security personnel removed the individual from the church.

Subsequently, police apprehended the citizen. Director Hovhannes Ishkhanyan was also removed from the church premises.

It is worth noting that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is attending the liturgy at Saint Sarkis Church in Yerevan. Also present is Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the “We Are the Way” movement.
