Arman is a Serious Threat for Him: Ilia Topuriya Avoids Tsarukyan, Says Former UFC Champion

The former UFC featherweight champion TJ Dillashaw has commented on the situation surrounding the lightweight title bout, stating that reigning champion Ilia Topuriya is avoiding a fight with top contender Arman Tsarukyan.

Although Dillashaw holds the champion's fighting skills in high regard, he believes Topuriya sees real danger in Tsarukyan. “I genuinely think Ilia is running away from Arman. In my opinion, Topuriya is currently the most technical fighter in the UFC, but Arman is a serious threat for him. Arman is big and physically strong. He has competent boxing techniques and excellent grappling. This would be an extremely tough fight for Ilia,” Dillashaw remarked.
