Confirmation of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan's Appearance in Videos

Confirmation has been made regarding the appearance of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan in videos. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Armenia in response to a written inquiry from Radar Armenia.

“In connection with the violation of the personal life secrecy of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, the criminal proceedings conducted by the main investigative department of the Investigative Committee have resulted in the appointment and receipt of the findings of forensic audio-visual examination and portrait examination, which confirm the fact that Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan appears in the videos,” the response states.

Based on Article 255, Part 2, Point 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia, a copy of the mentioned conclusion has been provided to one of the members of the commission created for the purpose of studying the aforementioned videos at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, since it is legally relevant to the interests of the commission.
