Three firefighters injured in Tavush accident in moderate condition, Ministry of Health reports

Four firefighters who were injured in an accident while performing their official duties in Tavush today have been hospitalized. This information has been reported by the Ministry of Health.

“The health condition of three of them is assessed as moderate, while one is in satisfactory condition. Arrangements have been made to transfer three of the injured to medical institutions in Yerevan, while one rescuer is receiving treatment at a regional medical center. The lives of the injured rescuers are not in danger,” the statement reads.

It is worth reminding that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reports that on November 26, during firefighting operations in the Tavush region, an unfortunate incident occurred: the service vehicle of the Vanadzor No. 2 firefighting unit of the Lori regional rescue department was involved in an accident.
