Cybersecurity Law Aims to Protect Critical Infrastructure: Mkhitar Hayrapetyan

During a meeting of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the draft law on cybersecurity was presented and discussed. Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan announced in a press briefing that the law defines the critical infrastructures that need protection within the framework of public-private partnership.

The minister noted that the new body will carry out cybersecurity operations in the event that the public administration system is under cyberattacks.
