Whitkoff Travels to Turkey to Meet with Zelensky and Erdogan

U.S. Special Representative Steve Whitkoff is on an official visit to Turkey. During the visit, he will participate in a meeting in Ankara with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The main objective of the meeting is to discuss steps that could facilitate the continuation of peaceful negotiations held earlier in Istanbul. According to sources, the parties plan to explore the possibilities for restarting the negotiation process, as well as issues related to regional security and international mediation.
