Psychologically Ready for Victory, Draw, or Defeat: Yeghishe Melikyan on the Match Against Hungary
The team is psychologically ready for this match, said Armenia's head coach Yeghishe Melikyan at a press conference ahead of the game against Hungary.
“We have losses, but we need to look at the issue from a different perspective. We have the opportunity to see other players. This is a good chance to play with a new team, it’s a good test for me and will provide a significant opportunity for analysis. I am very pleased that I have the opportunity to analyze and move in the right direction. Will we win tomorrow? I would very much want that, but we are psychologically ready for victory, a draw, or defeat. The most important thing is that we are ready to fight tomorrow,” said Yeghishe Melikyan.
It is worth noting that on November 13, the Armenia vs. Hungary match as part of the European qualifying round for the 2026 World Cup will take place at the Republican Stadium named after Vazgen Sargsyan.
