Elderly Woman Falls from Metro Escalator in Yerevan, Breaks Leg

An elderly woman lost her balance and fell from the escalator at the "Marshal Baghramyan" metro station in Yerevan. This was reported by Anna Aslanyan, the press secretary of the Yerevan Metro, in an interview with ABC Media.

"The woman fell and broke her leg. Citizens present at the scene and our employees provided assistance until the ambulance arrived, and she was taken to the hospital," Aslanyan said, adding that the woman's condition is now stable.

The press secretary noted that there were crowds of people at the metro station at the time of the incident.
