Citizens Will Receive Notifications Electronically: Galyan
The National Assembly has presented a draft law that will introduce a comprehensive mechanism for electronic notifications to ensure proper notification of citizens.
The draft was presented by Minister of Justice Surbhi Galyan. According to her, for individuals, the notification will be carried out through a special electronic platform, which can be accessed using an identification card or mobile identification.
If a person logs into the platform, they will be considered duly notified. Citizens can also provide additional contact methods, such as an email address or phone number, through which they will be informed about new notifications.
If the individual does not log into the system after the notification is posted, it will be sent via a hybrid delivery method to the registered address using postal programming. If the notification is not received within 7 days or is refused, it will be published on the azdarar.am platform and will be deemed properly provided on the 7th day.
The Minister added that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can also join the system, allowing them to notify others electronically.
Accompanying speaker, MP Vladimir Vardanyan from the ruling party, emphasized the importance of the initiative, highlighting that it will increase the effectiveness of notifications and simplify the process in terms of speed, content, and retention.
