199 Deaths Due to Traffic Accidents: Details

In the first nine months of 2025, traffic accidents in Armenia have exceeded the figures for the same period last year by 15.9%. This information is reported by the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

From January to September of the current year, 3,547 traffic accidents have been recorded, with 459 occurring in September alone. From the beginning of the year until October, 199 people have died as a result of traffic accidents.

During the reporting period, the number of fatalities from accidents has decreased by 18.1% compared to the figures from a year ago. In the first nine months of the year, 5,243 people were injured in traffic incidents, which is 19.5% more than the statistics for the corresponding period of 2024. In September, 658 individuals were affected by traffic accidents.
