SS and RK as Hybrid Tools: Arayik Harutyunyan

Arayik Harutyunyan, the head of the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia, has written:

SS and RK as Hybrid Tools

“Very often, when discussing hybrid wars, attacks, and hybrid tools, questions arise about what the tool of hybrid warfare is. As a didactic material for the tool of hybrid warfare, one can consider the positions held by two individuals who have served as the leaders of the Republic of Armenia: RK and SS. However, they have not recently become hybrid warfare tools that are constantly used against our statehood and sovereignty. SS and RK have undertaken this mission since assuming those positions as leaders of the outskirts.”
