Rubinyan Proposes Serzh Sargsyan to Attend Reception Instead of Sending Clowns
Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan took to his social media page to post, "I suggest that instead of sending various clowns to me, Serzh Sargsyan should sign up for a reception with me directly: he can come live on air with journalists, and I promise to accommodate him," he wrote.
