Serzh Sargsyan: Building a School is the Same as Stealing, Says Ruben Rubinyan

Serzh Sargsyan has stated that building a school in a small village is a waste of money and is therefore the same as stealing. This was reported by Ruben Rubinyan, the Vice President of the National Assembly, on his Facebook page.

"I am not joking. Please take a moment to consider the level of this man's audacity. The godfather of a thieving regime says that building a school is the same as stealing. Building a school = stealing. You are ill," he wrote.
