A Hybrid Warfare Information Scenario Has Been Launched Against Armenia: Nazeli Baghdasaryan

On the eve of November 9, a classic scenario of hybrid warfare was launched against Armenia in the form of a coordinated, multifaceted information assault. This was stated by Nazeli Baghdasaryan, the press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia, on her Facebook page.

“In these days, when the Azerbaijani side is becoming active in the information field, the goal is obvious: when a “golden child” grown in greenhouses with foreign capital joins this information campaign, it's clear that they are just a megaphone, repeating the script they have been given. However, when the individual leading Armenia makes statements that do not correspond to facts, with illogical claims and manipulations, numerous questions inevitably arise.

The thoughts expressed by Sargsyan are not political analysis but rather a repetition of an old and worn-out record. These theses have been convincingly and substantively debunked multiple times, both through the scope of armaments from 2018-2020 and the processes of military transformation, as well as through the systematic steps taken towards modernization in the defense sector.

Yes, it was impossible to fill the gap of three decades in two and a half years. But instead of reflection, Sargsyan is once again attempting to lecture on the state and the army, casting the shadow of his own years of inaction onto others.

By the way, publicly giving instructions against Armenia the day before is either the result of short-sightedness or serving a foreign agenda. There simply is no third option,” Baghdasaryan wrote.
