Trump Comments on Progress in Ceasefire Efforts in Ukraine and Peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that significant progress is being made towards a ceasefire in the military operations in Ukraine. He made this statement during a press conference, emphasizing that Washington continues to actively work towards a peaceful resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Trump recalled that about three months ago, his administration mediated the signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to him, this was one of eight conflicts that the United States has managed to conclude in just eight months.

“We are striving to end yet another war between Russia and Ukraine. Although we have not yet reached a final outcome, I am confident that there is significant progress,” the U.S. president stated.
