According to the Daily Mail, Putin stated that the device is equipped with a nuclear power system that can be activated in mere seconds and has "unmatched advantages."

Jeffrey Lewis, an expert at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, noted that this refers to a "megaton power massive thermonuclear weapon," which he said is "terrifying." He emphasized that such weaponry could significantly alter the strategic balance.
