Dozens Suffer Eye Injuries in Russian Cinema; Criminal Case Initiated

According to RT, dozens of people, including children, suffered eye injuries after visiting a cinema in the city of Abakan, Russia. The number of affected individuals exceeds 30, with around 20 of them being minors.

The Investigative Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Krai reported that a germicidal lamp was in operation during the screening, which caused damage to the visitors' eyes. Medical assistance has been provided to the victims, and initial reports indicate that their health condition is not severe.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and the regional prosecutor's office has begun an investigation to determine the circumstances of the safety regulations violations.
