Orban Opposes Funding for Ukraine
The Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, has stated that his country sees no moral, political, or economic reason to participate in funding programs that provide financial support to Ukraine.
"For us, there are no moral, political, or economic reasons to finance Ukraine," Orban wrote in his post on X social media platform.
According to various sources, he noted that Ukraine will need approximately $400 billion over the next four years to support its armed forces' activities.
"And again, it is expected that Europe will have to foot the bill for that money. No one else wants to bear that burden. That is why Brussels is so concerned. That is why they want to seize frozen Russian assets," Orban stated.
