Thieves Who Robbed the Louvre Caught Waiting Near Football Entrance

The robbery at the Louvre in Paris resembled a real Hollywood script. The thieves used a truck with a movable ladder and electric saws to cut through a window, threatened the guards, and within just seven minutes managed to steal jewels worth 88 million euros from the museum. Everything seemed meticulously planned.

However, their scheme fell apart due to unexpected details. The thieves failed to burn the truck and tools, which led investigators to discover around 150 pieces of evidence, ranging from fingerprints to DNA.

Currently, seven suspects have been arrested, but the stolen jewels have not yet been recovered. According to investigators, someone attempted to sell the jewels in the black market, specifically to the security company that serviced the Louvre, but the deal fell through.
