Trump Calls Putin's Statement on Burevestnik Missile 'Inappropriate'

US President Donald Trump has criticized Vladimir Putin's statement regarding the successful testing of the Russian Burevestnik missile, emphasizing that Russia should focus on ending the war.

Donald Trump described the Russian president's remarks about the Burevestnik missile as "inappropriate." On October 26, Vladimir Putin announced that the missile tests had been successfully completed, highlighting that it has no analogs in the world.

"He needs to stop the war. The war that was supposed to last a week has now been ongoing for four years. That is what should be addressed, not testing missiles," Trump told reporters on his plane, according to Reuters.

On the previous day, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov reported to Putin that the latest Burevestnik missile test was the longest, lasting about 15 hours with a range of 14,000 kilometers. Later, Putin's special representative Kirill Dmitriev noted that information about the tests is being communicated to the US administration.
