Sasoun Mikayelyan: "Today we must be wise and united more than ever"
The President of the Yerkrapah Volunteers Union, Sasoun Mikayelyan, addressed journalists in Yerablur regarding the situation in Artsakh, noting that his perspective on certain issues has changed over time. "A person at one point may say, 'Artsakh is Armenia, and that's it.' But back then, I genuinely thought differently. The 44-day war came, games around Artsakh involving Russia surfaced, and we found ourselves in this situation today," Mikayelyan stated.
He emphasized that it is now more important than ever to remain wise and united. "Today, we must be even more wise and united. You all understand what is happening in the larger sphere—let's hold on to this piece," the Yerkrapah President highlighted.
Mikayelyan called for unity and a sober assessment of the situation, stressing that the country's security and sovereignty must remain a priority.
