Nearly 40 Migrants Charged with Hooliganism Following Unrest in Moscow
Nearly 40 individuals have been charged with hooliganism following unrest in a residential complex in Moscow. According to Irina Volk, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a criminal case has been initiated in connection with the disturbances at the Prokshino residential complex.
Around 40 individuals were detained by police on charges of hooliganism. A mass brawl erupted in the courtyard of the residential complex around noon today, where migrants armed with wooden planks and shovels began to assault each other. Police arrived and arrested those involved.
As a result of the brawl, four people were injured, and shop windows and vehicles were damaged.
