Putin's Money, Troops, and Ideas are Running Out: NATO Secretary General

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has stated that Vladimir Putin is not making significant progress on the Ukrainian front, and that hundreds of thousands of Russians are dying because of his deceitful aggression, as reported by Sky News.

“The events on the battlefield show that our support for Ukraine is effective, and we must continue in the same spirit,” he noted.
