Member of the Civil Contract faction Karen Sarukhanyan confirmed in an interview with NEWS.am that his mother-in-law, who works for the Gyumri City Hall, has also been arrested.

Yes, I am talking about my mother-in-law, who has worked at the city hall for many years, even before Vardan Ghukasian, and is currently the acting head specialist of the education department. I don't know if she holds some unofficial position; she is a regular community worker and, most likely, she carried out an order to call kindergarten directors and so on.
