Trump Considering Pardon for P Diddy
US President Donald Trump is discussing the possibility of commuting the sentence of American rapper and producer Sean Combs, known as P Diddy. This was reported by TMZ, citing sources close to the White House.
According to the report, some officials within the administration are opposed to the commutation. Journalists note that Trump is indecisive but, ultimately, according to the sources, he will do what he deems appropriate.
It is also mentioned that the White House leader may decide to grant the pardon as early as this week, and the musician could be released in the near future.
Recall that on October 4, a New York court sentenced P Diddy to more than four years in prison. The producer was found guilty of transporting people for the purpose of prostitution. In addition to the prison term, the court ordered him to pay a $500,000 fine.
