Torosyan Makes Statement Regarding Recipients of Social Assistance

Unfortunately, we have a policy that encourages not working. This was stated by Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan during a government meeting.

“Many business owners tell us that people simply refuse to work, or they do not want to register, solely because they receive social assistance for poverty,” he said.
