Nikol Pashinyan on Aliyev's Statement

I welcome the decision of the President of Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a government meeting.

“This is a very important decision, it shows that the Washington declaration and the agreements reached, as some are attempting to present in certain places, are not merely declarations, but have yielded concrete results,” said Nikol Pashinyan.

It should be noted that Ilham Aliyev stated that Azerbaijan is lifting restrictions on the transit of cargo through its territory to Armenia.
