Armenia Overcomes Blockade Step by Step: Prime Minister

Fundamental changes will occur in the structure of our economy. It should be noted with satisfaction that Armenia is overcoming the blockade step by step. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a Government meeting.

“For two days now, we've been discussing Azerbaijan's announcement regarding the lifting of export restrictions to Armenia, and I expressed my assessment of this decision by the President of Azerbaijan at the ‘Silk Road’ conference held in Tbilisi on the international platform. I want to do the same here because this is a very important decision, and it shows that the declarations made in Washington and the agreements reached, as they are attempted to be presented in some areas, are not just a declaration. They are declarations that have brought concrete results.

When gunfire is heard in any of our villages, it is discussed the next day across all social networks, but when no gunfire is heard, naturally, no one discusses it, and no one gets up every day to say, ‘There was no gunfire in our village.’ However, we receive that information every day. This is very important. We need to see these parameters, weigh them to understand the dynamics of where we are heading,” emphasized the Prime Minister.
