Pashinyan on the Arrest of Vardan Ghukasyan

Vardan Ghukasyan has been arrested due to his thoughts and actions. What relevance does my opinion have in that context? My opinion could be used against me, just as it could be used against someone else. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly.

“At one time, I was officially accused of causing mental distress; now a similar hypothesis may arise that I am inciting people from this podium to take bribes,” said Pashinyan.
