Gold Prices Show Strongest Decline in 12 Years

Gold prices have shown the strongest decline in the past 12 years, according to the Financial Times. On October 21 at the New York Commodity Exchange (COMEX), December gold futures fell by 6.12%, with quotations reaching $4,093 per troy ounce.

It is worth noting that at the beginning of the week, the price for one troy ounce of gold had reached $4,400, but now the market is experiencing a correction. Prices are dropping not only for gold but also for other precious metals.
